Molina Nurse Line? ›

For medical transportation (non-emergency), a Physician Certification Statement (PCS) form must be completed. After hours and weekends, call the Nurse Advice Line at 888-275-8750 (English) or 866-648-3537 (Spanish). Case Management – Basic Call assigned Primary Care Provider (PCP) or clinic.

When to Call a Nurse Line. With a 24 hour nurse line, you can call 7 days a week, 365 days a year to ask basic health questions and address concerns such as: Your symptoms. Medications and side effects.

Nurse Advice Line

We make it possible for you to talk to a registered nurse at any time—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us at 1-877-687-1197 (TTY 711).

The majority of nurses prefer to be called their first name at work. It helps build a comfortable, caring relationship with the patients they're looking after. Wait to call them by name until they introduce themself this way or you ask if that's what they prefer. Otherwise, stick with Miss, Mister, or Nurse.

For urgent medical questions after Hall Health is closed, call the 24-hour Community Care Line at 206-520-7511. When you call, please remain on the line in order to be connected with a nurse; do not press 1 for the virtual clinic.
