Nice for him, but you should be a champion when it comes to customer service, which you are not. After 15 years I have tried again, and never again. Luggage has been lost for over a week, and really nobody within the LOt organization has any clue on how to resolve it, LOT workers at Warsaw airport keep giving out telephone numbers One called already for 7 days (with no solution), and then, when LOT is lost (should be your new name LOST), you refer to your partner in Amsterdam, who never picks up the phone.Again, I think he's a good pilot, he can't help he works for one of the worst companies when it comes to customer service.Conclusion:1. We are in good hands when it comes to flying the plane2. Don't expect running water in the toilets, don't expect your suitcase to arrive before you leave your destination3. Don't spend 150 EURO in one week to resolve a simple thing, anyone you call knows nothing.
